Pastor Alicia Sharon Tracy Parejo, known in the literary world as Sharon A. Foster, is a
dynamic woman of faith, purpose, and prophetic insight. She serves as the Founder and
Senior Pastor of Let’s Make Marriage Godly Again — a global ministry dedicated to
restoring broken covenants, rebuilding marriages, and guiding couples back to God’s divine
blueprint for love.
With a heart for healing and restoration, Pastor Alicia is also a Certified Life and Marriage
Coach and a sought-after couples counselor whose passion lies in helping men and women
experience God’s redemptive power through forgiveness, prayer, and obedience. Her
ministry is marked by authenticity, compassion, and boldness — empowering others to
stand firm in faith even in the face of impossible circumstances.
In January 2008, Pastor Alicia received her Certificate of Appointment from Abundant Life
Ministries COGIC (Trinidad and Tobago Jurisdiction). She was appointed as a Council
Member to serve on the Jurisdictional Board for Women’s Work, tasked with providing the
Jurisdictional Supervisor with recommendations to strengthen and develop every phase of
women’s ministry. This appointment reflected her leadership, integrity, and deep
commitment to advancing the role of women in the Kingdom of God.
Following her faithful service within the COGIC denomination, Pastor Alicia was
commissioned as a Prophetess, acknowledging her strong prophetic calling and spiritual
discernment. This commissioning affirmed her role as a vessel chosen by God to deliver His
Word with power, accuracy, and compassion — equipping others to hear and respond to
the voice of God in their own lives.
Before stepping into full-time ministry, Pastor Alicia also achieved top sales awards in her
corporate career — a testament to her exceptional communication skills, discipline, and
ability to inspire others toward excellence. Those same leadership qualities now flow
seamlessly into her ministry, where she continues to motivate, mentor, and mobilize
believers across the world.
A graduate of the Association of Business Managers and Administrators (UK) with a
Diploma in Professional Journalism, Pastor Alicia is a gifted communicator whose words
carry both wisdom and anointing. She is also the Founder of Love and Life Radio, a faith-
based broadcast dedicated to encouraging individuals and couples to live with purpose, love
with truth, and walk in God’s grace daily.

Under her pen name Sharon A. Foster, she has authored several transformative books that
continue to impact lives globally:

Pastor Foster Parejo is a man of faith, strength, and restoration — called by God to rebuild families, restore marriages, and ignite revival in the hearts of men. As Senior Pastor and Co-Founder of Let’s Make Marriage Godly Again, he serves faithfully alongside his wife, Pastor Alicia Sharon Tracy Parejo, guiding couples toward healing, discernment, and spiritual alignment with God’s will.

Born in Mafeking, Mayaro, Trinidad, Pastor Foster gave his life to Christ at the age of seven and received the call to preach at thirteen. Although his journey took him through seasons of hardship, rebellion, and refinement, every chapter became a stepping stone to the ministry of deliverance and purpose he now leads.

Pastor Foster is an Ordained Pastor and a Certified Master Life Coach, combining spiritual wisdom with practical guidance to help individuals and families walk in victory. His ministry is characterized by integrity, compassion, and the bold preaching of the Word of God.

A proud alumnus of Rio Claro Senior Comprehensive Secondary School, Pastor Foster graduated in July 1982, where he pursued Mathematics, Economics, English Language, Geography, and History — studies that shaped his communication, discipline, and leadership foundation.

Before entering full-time ministry, he built a successful career in the Oil and Gas Industry, working with International Snubbing Services, a U.S.-based company known for high-level energy operations. The corporate world developed the precision, leadership, and integrity he now brings into ministry.

In addition to his pastoral role, Pastor Foster serves as a Director of O.W.E.C.O.P. Ministries (Orphans, Widows, Elderly, and Community Outreach Program), where he extends compassion and practical assistance to vulnerable communities — living out James 1:27 in action.

He is also the Co-Founder of Love and Life Radio, a global faith-based broadcast ministry that inspires and strengthens marriages and families through biblical truth.

Pastor Foster also oversees Men of God — Fishers of Men, a fellowship under the Let’s Make Marriage Godly Again network that empowers men to walk in spiritual authority, develop integrity, embrace their divine identity, and lead their families with purpose and godliness.

Pastor Foster’s life is a powerful testimony of God’s grace and redemption. Once broken, now restored, he embodies the message that no life or marriage is beyond repair when surrendered to Christ. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, he continues to lead by example — walking humbly with God and boldly proclaiming the Gospel of truth and transformation.
